We all know one struggle about dating apps: when conversations come to a halt. How do we encourage users to re-engage with each other and get to know one another better, rather than leave a trail of short chatrooms with surface-level questions?

I’m working closely with the Product Team and Developer Team at Badoo to improve our user experience and curb this common “chat-dropoff” problem.

I created 100+ questions for our developers to conduct A/B testing in smaller markets, to see which questions work well and how we can improve our copy to encourage even more engagement.
